A smooth, brass-tone finish censer for church or home use.

How to burn incense:

A home incense burner is usually placed on an icon shelf or other place of prayer. It is helpful to light a candle or votive lamp nearby. Grip a small piece of charcoal (each piece of charcoal may be broken into 3 to 5 smaller pieces) firmly with a pair of tweezers, and hold over a match or burning candle until it begins to glow. Then place the lit charcoal in the incense burner with one or two pieces of your favourite incense on top of the charcoal. Each piece of incense burns for approximately 15 minutes.

Warning: The charcoal may send out small sparks, and the base of the censer may become hot when in use—please make sure that you use your incense burner in a fire-safe area and place it on a heat-resistant surface. The handle of the censer may also become hot, so please handle with care.
